Her introduction to real estate was more by accident than by design. When she and her husband went house shopping for their first home in 2005, she felt the support was lacking and decided to take matters into her own hands. In typical Penny fashion, she ended up doing much of the legwork herself and discovered her love for real estate – she was hooked! Shortly after, she left her job as a production underwriter, obtained her real estate license and threw herself into her new career. She’s never looked back.

Penny treats her clients the way she would like to be treated, carefully guiding them through the entire process and making it as easy and stress-free as possible.  She understands that for most people, a home is the largest purchase they’ll make in their lifetime and treats it with befitting reverence. “I don’t sell properties, I sell homes” says Penny. This attitude obviously reflects in her interactions with clients because their testimonials speak of her as being ‘more than aREALTOR®’ and ‘bringing a personal touch’ to her work.
